This is a little story on how your city counsel doesn't work for the people. We used to have trash pick up twice a week, Monday's and Thursdays. Then the city counsel let the trash company eliminate one day. So now we get trash pick up on Monday's only. They did keep the cost the same, we didn't get a reduction in cost.
